Scope of Work

Phase 1 · Intake Assessment & Goal Mapping

We complete your intake session, review your responses, and build a specific goal map for the 90 days ahead. This session is the foundation — we do not start active coaching until the target is clear.

Phase 2 · Foundation — Sessions 1–4

The first four sessions focus on executive presence fundamentals: identifying and closing the gap between how you see yourself and how the room reads you. We work through your communication baseline and establish your presence framework.

Phase 3 · Development — Sessions 5–8

The middle phase applies your framework to real situations: stakeholder conversations, difficult feedback scenarios, and the specific VP-facing moments you need to own. You bring the live situations, we work them.

Phase 4 · Integration — Sessions 9–12

The final phase is about consolidation and ownership. We stress-test what you have built, identify any remaining gaps, and make sure the changes are durable — not just habits you will drop when work gets busy.

Phase 5 · 90-Day Review & Next Steps

We close with a written 90-day progress report documenting what shifted. You leave with a clear picture of where you started, where you are, and what to focus on next.
